Return & Exchanges

Return Policy

Applicability:

This return policy is applicable to all Canadian and International purchases from Princess and the Pea boutique.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You can return your product within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes purchases made during our clearance sales, Black Friday sales, and other special promotions. To clearly indicate this, your receipt will be stamped with a "FINAL SALE" stamp.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging with all tags attached in resealable condition.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Gift cards, sale or discounted items, underwear, used bottles, cups, cutlery, pacifiers, dishes.
  • We require the original receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Return Process:

  • Eligible online orders can be returned in person at Princess and the Pea boutique or by mail.
  • Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes purchases made during our clearance sales, Black Friday sales, and other special promotions. To clearly indicate this, your receipt will be stamped with a "FINAL SALE" stamp.
  • If the return is our responsibility (broken or defective goods), we will email you a prepaid return label.

Refunds (if applicable):

  • Refunds or exchanges will be made 1 or 2 business days after receiving the order back in store.
  • Once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  • Please note, shipping costs are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable):

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To exchange, send an email to care@princesspea.ca and mail your item to the address above.

Gift Returns:

  • If marked as a gift and shipped to you, you'll receive a gift credit.
  • If not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping Policy:

  • To return your product, mail or bring in-person to the above address.
  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for items over $75, as we don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • Depending on your location, exchange product delivery time may vary.
