Enjoy free shipping for all orders of $99 or more (before taxes) within Canada, and for orders of $149 USD or more to the United States. Some exclusions may apply. Please note that additional costs may apply to some oversized items.

Free Shipping

Our free shipping offer for orders of $99 (before taxes) or more within Canada and $149 USD or more within the United States is available online only and does not apply to remote or difficult-to-serve locations. Additional delivery charges may apply for deliveries to P.O. Box addresses, certain remote areas, or for packages with non-standard dimensions or weight. If additional charges apply, our team will reach out to you.This offer does not apply to returned merchandise and previous purchases.

Princess and the Pea reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotional offer at any time without notice.

• Handling time: Order placed before 3:00 PM MDT. on our regular operating days will be handled within the same day.  Order placed after 3:00 PM MDT. on our regular operating days will be handled on our next regular operating day.
• Shipping and Transit time: We strive to ship all orders placed online within 1- 2 business days. Should any delays arise, rest assured we will notify you immediately. Transit time usually takes 5-7 business days for deliveries within Canada and 5-10 business days for deliveries to the United States.
• Shipping charges: Applicable shipping charges will be added at check out. The shipping fee usually range from $13.99 - $20.99 for small packages within North America. We may apply additional delivery charges for deliveries to P.O. Box addresses, certain remote areas or for packages with non-standard dimensions or weight. If additional charges apply, our team will reach out to you.

Order Cancellation

• If you need to cancel your order, please reach us at 780-488-7748 or care@princesspea.ca within 12 hours from the time of order.

Edmonton Local Pickup 

• Skip the shipping fees by placing your order online and picking it up from our store at Princess and the Pea boutique, 5112 Mullen Rd,Edmonton, AB T6R 0S9. Orders will be ready within 24 business hours, and you will be notified via email once your order is ready.

U.S. Shipping Update

As of October 26, 2024, due to rising international freight costs, we have adjusted our free shipping threshold to the United States. To continue providing our high-quality products and services, free shipping is now available for orders of $149 USD or more.

This update allows us to manage increased shipping expenses while ensuring you still receive value and quality with each order. We appreciate your understanding and support as we adapt to these changes and remain committed to enhancing your experience with Princess and the Pea.
